The website address to access ResAlt has changed. Please update your bookmarks/favourites to the new address.
Here are some helpful tips if you can't log in to your account:

Try logging in from a different device or browser (e.g. Desktop PC, tablet, mobile phone, Google Chrome or Internet Explorer).
Clear your cache and cookies and refresh or close your browser
Clearing your cache and cookies and then refreshing your browser, can help you log in to your account. You can find instructions on how to do this on Google Chrome, Safari and Firefox.
Check your spam/junk folder
You may need to add [email protected] to your contacts or 'safe list', as sometimes these emails are blocked by your email provider or desktop application.
Two-factor authentication can be used to help protect your account from unauthorised access by requiring you to enter an additional code sent to your email address each time you sign in using a different device.
